Having our own company in US was something we had to start 5 years back, but due to family transition and kids integration to new schools, resettlement and dozen other issues, caused the delay on launching the similar business we had back in Afghanistan. We had a parent company called ACC, worked in US and NATO bases in Kabul and other provinces for more than 20 years. We build up soldier accommodations, dining facilities, electric system installations, exhaust systems and ventilation for the dining and large conference facilities all over Afghanistan. Our company was busy till August 2021 and with collapse of political regime, our operation stopped in Afghanistan and we lost most of properties and assets. Despite of these damages, we are still enthusiastic to start from scratch and move forward to restart the same business here in US.

Our operation manager Payam Baidarzai was the safety officer and supervisor in Bagram air base, one of the biggest US military airfields in Afghanistan and did hundreds of safety inspections. Baidarzai hold OSHA 30 hours certificate plus dozen other local appreciation letters from clients. He is one of the main assets of the company that has full potential to work hard and upgrade the company. ACC had hundreds of local skill workers and with the withdrawal of US forces, most of them migrated to different states of US include VA. They have enough experience in general construction projects explicitly in Health and Safety. Part of our company was responsible to monitor the military bases and accommodation, inspect them for mold, bacteria and improve ventilation. There were lot of certificates and appreciations letters our company awarded from different departments but due to insurgents’ fears, our management decided to burn them to hash.

Recently we established a company under the name of AMO Home solutions LLC in Virginia. We have built crew of HVAC, electrician, building maintenance and health and safety team to provide service for the private and other commercial sectors. Our crew know how to provide better service to their clients and achieve customers satisfaction. The niche of our company is to help those retired and disable veterans and other valuable people who are unable to keep their homes free from moistures, Bactria and maintain enough ventilation to prevent themselves from asthma and other breathing dieses. Most of these breathing dieses cause by lack of ventilation. AMO also would like to provide fire extinguishers to these tenants and provide related training how to use these balloons.
